WHAT TO EXPECT
- Illustrated lesson on the vineyard map: you will discover the eternal link between territory and wine with an in-depth study of the geological formation of the soils
- Tour of the winery: we will walk together through the stages of Barolo production to understand the process according to our method
- Tasting of Barolo + 1 wine from the winery: you will taste 5 wines, 4 of which are Barolo wines selected by the winery, to get to know this wine in all its variations

HOW IT WORKS
Send in your booking request
Choose the day and time available. We will pre-authorise your payment pending confirmation of your booking.
Wait for booking confirmation
You will receive an email confirming your booking. In case of unavailability we will suggest alternatives.
How the payment is made
We only charge the fee after you have received the confirmation email.
Otherwise, the pre-authorisation will be cancelled.
We accept credit cards for bookings.
Reminder email
The day before the experience, you’ll receive an email reminding you of the most important information.

Yes, according to the cancellation terms. You have up to 24 hours for a full refund; beyond that, 50%. You can manage your booking from the link in the confirmation email.
You will receive an email with alternative date/time proposals. If they do not meet your needs, the payment pre‑authorization will be canceled and you will not be charged.
Children are welcome. For the Barolo Experience they can participate at no extra cost. A dedicated platter is available: please indicate it in the checkout notes.

Yes, but for hygiene and safety reasons pets are not allowed inside the winery.
For some experiences you can add a platter of cold cuts and cheeses (€20 for 2 people); you can add as many as you wish.
