HOW IT WORKS
Send in your booking request
Choose the day and time available. We will pre-authorise your payment pending confirmation of your booking.
Wait for booking confirmation
You will receive an email confirming your booking.
In case of unavailability we will suggest alternatives.
How the payment is made
We only charge the fee after you have received the confirmation email.
Otherwise, the pre-authorisation will be cancelled.
We accept credit cards for bookings.
Reminder email
The day before the experience, you’ll receive an email reminding you of the most important information.

Yes you can, according to the terms of cancellation.
You have up to 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Under 24 hours, you will be reimbursed 50% of the cost.
You can manage your booking directly from the link in the confirmation email.
In this case you will receive an e-mail where we will propose alternative times and dates.
If they do not meet your requirements then the pre-authorisation of the payment will be cancelled and we will not charge you.
Children are welcome and in the case of the Brunch at the Winery they can participate and costs vary according to age group.

Yes, your four-legged friend is welcome, but please note that it will not be allowed into the cellar for hygiene reasons.
